Pete Davidson is the face of fashion brand H&M’s new menswear campaign

STATEN ISLAND, NY – Pete Davidson’s next role is as a fashion -brand model.

The “Saturday Night Live” star has been named the face of H&M’s new men’s clothing campaign, the company has announced. The campaign will emphasize the “powerful connection between clothes and the confidence it gives men to perform everyday life,” the company said in a released statement.

“Working together on this campaign was a great experience,” said Staten Islander, 28. “We really enjoyed doing the photos and content. The clothes are comfortable and nice to wear which is what I love about H&M.

Henrik Nordvall, the global business unit director for menswear at the Sweden -based company, essentially called Davidson’s signing a slam dunk.

“We are delighted that Pete Davidson is the face of our bold new campaign,” Nordvall said. “Pete encapsulates everything H&M wants about the new state of menswear, with his self-confidence and play on personal style. He’s very relatable, inspiring men around the world to make moment in their appearance itself.

Davidson’s self -confidence should fit perfectly with H & M’s campaign mission to promote “the power of clothes to express who we are, no matter what the occasion.”

This isn’t the first fashion brand Davidson has repped of. Late last year, Davidson modeled a Moose Knuckles campaign.

Davidson’s girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, should be proud of her boyfriend’s new job. Kardashian, 41, is known in the fashion world, and runs mega-brand SKIMS.
